Metal Z Purlins can be produced for sleeved, double-span sleeved, butted and overlapped Purlin support systems. This traditional, well-proven system of Roofing Sheet support offers a high degree of strength, flexibility and weight-saving over timber or hot-rolled steel sections, with ease of handling on-site and during installation.

Our production system enables the accurate manufacturing of steel Z Purlins. We supply 175mm Purlin Sleeves for joining metal Z Purlins together, as well as weld or bolt-onPurlin Cleats for joining metal Z Purlins to rafters.
Please Note: Cladco Z Purlins have a minimum sheet length of 1.5m.
Cladco metal Purlins are designed to BS EN 1993-1-3:2006 using analysis and testing, and satisfy the requirements of BS5950: Part 5 (1998).
