About Cladco 175mm Metal Z Purlins

Metal Z Purlins can be produced for sleeved, double-span sleeved, butted and overlapped Purlin support systems. This traditional, well-proven system of Roofing Sheet support offers a high degree of strength, flexibility and weight-saving over timber or hot-rolled steel sections, with ease of handling on-site and during installation.

Our production system enables the accurate manufacturing of steel Z Purlins. We supply 175mm Purlin Sleeves for joining metal Z Purlins together, as well as weld or bolt-on Purlin Cleats for joining metal Z Purlins to rafters.

Cladco metal Purlins are designed to BS EN 1993-1-3:2006 using analysis and testing, and satisfy the requirements of BS5950: Part 5 (1998).

PLEASE NOTE – Extra care should always be taken when handling metal sheets and flashings we advise using the correct type of Glove when handling or moving metal sheets and flashings. Gloves can be purchased on our website.
