Your goods are sent to our warehouse to be processed and packaged. Once this has been done our transport department will be in touch with the information provided and will either email or text you with your delivery timeframe.
On the scheduled delivery day
Upon delivery, Cladco drivers usually call approximately one hour before the delivery slot, where possible.
Roofing orders will come with protective cover sheets that are part of the order. We are unable to remove this cover sheet after delivery, and we kindly ask you to dispose of the cover sheet via a suitable method.
Most deliveries are made via a 7.5 tonne lorry or larger vehicle. Sufficient access is required for all vehicles. We can only make deliveries on flat, solid ground and cannot be made on hills or steep inclines.
What Size Lorry Will My Order Be Delivered On?
This is an approximate size comparison of our 26-tonne lorries to a standard bin lorry.
Not all Cladco vehicles have cranes, so the delivery may require one or more persons to provide suitable assistance for our drivers to unload materials. Anyone providing assistance should wear appropriate suitable protective safety gloves and clothing. Persons providing assistance must be physically capable to assist.
The delivery service provided is kerb side only and does not involve the driver carrying any materials any distance, or entering the property. Please note that we are only able to deliver to ground level/floor locations.
Vehicles invited onto a property are entirely at the risk of the owner or customer. Our delivery drivers are not liable for damage to a property.
Changing your order
You will receive notification of your delivery via text or email. Any changes to orders, or details made after this time, may result in additional charges.
