Uses of 32/1000 Box Profile Polyester Paint Coated Roof Sheets
Manufactured from multi-coated, galvanised steel, many prefer the appearance of 32/1000 Box Profile Sheets due to their lower and fewer profiles. Box Profile Sheeting is suitable for both industrial and agricultural use, as well as for commercial and domestic roofing and cladding projects.
Cladco 0.7mm Box Profile Roofing Sheets with a 25-micron thick, smooth enamel coating provide a robust roofing sheet solution. With a life typically lasting 8-12 years before first maintenance or repaint, and a life in excess of 20 years in normal environments.
Application for the 32/1000 Box Profile Sheeting includes use as part of a built-up insulated system, over cladding of an existing roof, or as a single skin. When used in roof applications, construction can be safely undertaken down to a 4-degree pitch using conventional through-sheet, self-drilling fasteners in the lower part of the profile.
